View and Filter the Driver Roster in FleetMentor

Purpose

This article explains how to manage and navigate the Driver Roster in FleetMentor. Users can view all Active and Inactive Drivers, filter the roster by status, Company, Location, Department, or Job Title, and quickly locate specific Drivers using the Search toolbar by name, ID, or location. The article emphasizes efficient organization and retrieval of Driver information, supporting better tracking and reporting. Steps to Follow

1. From the Home Page, go to Drivers > Manage Drivers.

   

2. The Driver Roster displays all Active and Inactive Drivers.

   

3. To filter the roster, click the Filter option and select criteria such as Active, Company, Location, Department, or Job Title.

   

   

4. To search for a specific Driver, use the Search toolbar. Enter a Driver Name, ID #, or Location and press Enter. To clear the search, remove the text from the Search toolbar and press Enter to refresh the view.
