Navigate the Audits Module in Safety Management Suite

Purpose

This article provides an overview of the Audits module in the Safety Management Suite (SMS), including the workflow from questions to checklists to audit events, and links to detailed articles for each area.

Steps to Follow

1. From the Safety Management Suite dashboard, select Audits on the left-side menu.

   

2. The audit workflow follows this order:
   1. Question Library -- Create or browse audit questions.
   2. Checklists -- Build checklists from questions.
   3. Self-Assignment Checklists -- Allow users to self-assign checklists.
   4. Audit Events -- Schedule and complete audits using checklists.
   5. Available Reports for Audits -- Generate reports on audit results.
