Purpose
Guide to using the Grid View for Incident Recordkeeping in Safety Management Suite, including columns, filters, actions, and data export options.
Steps to Follow
From the Safety Management Suite dashboard, click Incidents on the left hand side. Select Incident Recordkeeping.
To the right of the grid, select Columns, Filters, or Actions.
Columns can be shown/hidden and rearranged for custom viewing. Click and drag columns into desired order. Columns can be resized by clicking and dragging, or auto-sized by double-clicking the column header edge.
Filters allow you to filter your grid view by specific criteria.
Actions allow you to Export, Import, or generate CSV, Excel, or XML files based on the view generated by your columns and filters.
