Print Learner Certificates In SMS

Purpose

Easily generate and print Learner Certificates in SMS to document training completion and recognize participant achievements. This article walks you through how to locate completed training records and print certificates directly from the system, helping you quickly provide Learners with official proof of completion for your organization’s records or compliance needs.

Steps to Follow

Printing Certificates for E-Learning Courses

Go to Training > Online Courses and select the course from the list or click View underneath.

Under the Enrollments section, select the "Complete" tab. Under the Learner's name, you will see options to Print Certificate with and without a signature line.

A .pdf file will generate, allowing you to download the certificate to your device.

Printing Certificates for Classroom Programs

Go to Training > Classroom Programs. Then, select the title of the Classroom Program from the list or click View underneath.

Scroll down to Wrapping Up and click on the download.

A .pdf file will generate, allowing you to download the certificate to your device.

Learners Printing Their Own Certificate from the Learning Center

During enrollment, Admins can allow Learners to print their own certificates by toggling on Allow Learner to Print Cert. (Admins can also edit the enrollment after the fact if they later decide they want to allow Learners to print their certificates.)

If this has been toggled to Yes, the Learner will need to be logged into the Learning Center in order to print their certificate. Next to the course they want to print a certificate for they will see "three dots". Once they click on the dots, they can choose to Print Certificate with or without signature line.

Note: The address shown on the Completion Certificate will correspond to the address provided in the Administrator's account details, rather than the address linked to the locations.
