Change Due Date For A Course/Curriculum

This article explains how to update the Due Date for an eLearning Course or Curriculum in TMC. The Due Date, set by the Training Coordinator or TMC Admin, indicates when a Learner should complete the course or curriculum. Users can select one or multiple Learners, click Settings, and update the Due Date field before saving. This ensures accurate tracking of completion deadlines and keeps Learner progress aligned with organizational expectations.

REMINDER: The Due Date is the date in which the learner should finish the course by. This is set by the Training Coordinator/TMC Admin.

eLearning courses

If you need to update the Due Date for an eLearning Course in TMC, first locate the course in question.

If you would like to update the Due Date for just one Learner, check the box next to their name. Otherwise, you can check the box next to multiple Learners to change the Due Date for all selected.

Then, click Settings.

Select a new date in the Due Date field. Click Save.

Curriculums

If you need to update the Due Date for a Curriculum in TMC, first locate the curriculum in question.

If you would like to update the Due Date for just one Learner, check the box next to their name. Otherwise, you can check the box next to multiple Learners to change the Due Date for all selected.

Then, click Settings.

Select a new date in the Due Date field. Click Save.
