Use Video Programs in TMC

Purpose

This article explains how to access and use Video Programs in the Training Management Center (TMC) through the Video Library, including playing videos, downloading training materials, viewing history, and setting up remote classrooms.

 

Steps to Follow

1. Go to Catalog > Video Library.

   

2. Click on the desired course title to open its details. Use search or filters to narrow results.

   

3. If you have a Video subscription or available credits, click to play the video for your learners. You can toggle captions and full-screen mode.

   

   

4. Access the Training Materials tab to download handouts, trainer information, quizzes, etc. Download all at once or individually.

View History

The View History tab shows when a video was viewed, by whom, and the view type (e.g., subscription).

Remote Classrooms

Remote classrooms allow sharing access to a video program with a trainer at another location via a URL and Access Code. See Remote Classrooms for more information.
