Performance Management Reports and Forms

Purpose

This article explains how to access and view Performance Management Reports in Encompass, including how to use the Show Report Descriptions feature to identify relevant reports for monitoring employee or fleet performance.

When to Use This Article

• A customer wants to find and run Performance Management reports
• A customer asks what reports are available for fleet or employee performance
• A customer needs help understanding what each report contains

Steps to Follow

1. Navigate to Performance Management > Reports & Forms.
2. Performance Management reports are located in the left column under Company Summary Reports and Performance Reports sections.

3. To see a description of what each report provides, check the box to the left of Show Report Descriptions.
