Steps to Follow
Encompass users logging in for the first time may be presented with an on-screen walkthrough! Feel free to watch the walkthrough below, or use the written guidance that begins underneath the video to walk through the same kind of information.
➜ Add some basic information about your company and its operations: Company Name, Address, DOT Number, etc.
Go to Settings > Company Info > Company Level Listing.

➜ Use the Edit Rules button to define policies for driver qualifications, drug and alcohol testing, hours of service, vehicle maintenance, and fuel tax.

➜ If your Drivers will utilize the Encompass® ELD mobile application, ensure your company's Encompass ELD - Mobile Settings are properly set up.
Go to Settings > Encompass ELD Settings > Mobile Company Settings

In order for Drivers to use the application, you will need to set them up with a login. Go to Settings > Encompass ELD Settings > Mobile Users Logins.

What Not to Do / Common Pitfalls
- Do not skip entering Company Information before adding drivers and vehicles. Company-level rules apply to all roster entries.
- Do not forget to configure Mobile Company Settings before creating driver logins for the ELD application.
- Do not add drivers to the ELD application before verifying their Encompass login credentials are active.
