Unsubscribing from Encompass Emails

Purpose

This article explains how to unsubscribe, or stop receiving Encompass-related emails, including Daily Alert emails and Marketing or Newsletter emails. Follow the instructions below based on the type of email you no longer wish to receive.

Daily Alert Emails

Daily Alert emails are generated through Encompass Alerts and Notifications.

If You Still Need Access to Encompass

You can stop receiving Daily Alert emails by updating your Alert Settings and disabling Email Notifications.

If You No Longer Need Access to Encompass

If you no longer use Encompass, contact your company's Encompass Administrator and request that your user account be removed. Once your login is removed, you will stop receiving Encompass-related emails, including:

• Daily Alert emails
• Encompass Newsletters and Marketing communications

Marketing/Newsletter Emails

If you would like to stop receiving Marketing or Newsletter emails:

1. Open one of the emails you recently received.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the email.
3. Select the Change Preferences or Unsubscribe button.
4. This will bring you here: Email Unsubscribe.
5. You can enter your email address and click Submit or click the Email Preference Center link to select specific emails to unsubscribe from.

Can't Find Unsubscribe Button

If the email does not include a Change Preferences or Unsubscribe link, please contact Product Support and provide the email address you would like removed from future communications. Our team can assist with reviewing your subscription status and next steps.
