View Drivers with Edited Logs in Encompass

Purpose

This article explains how to view drivers who have edited logs in Encompass using the "With Edits" tab in the Hours of Service section.

When to Use This Article

• A customer needs to identify which drivers have had log edits.
• A customer wants to review the details of log edits for a specific driver.
• A customer asks where to find log edit history in Encompass.

Steps to Follow

1. Go to Drivers > Hours of Service.

   

2. Click on the With Edits tab.

   

3. Review the list of drivers with log edits. Click the arrow next to the driver's name to expand and view edit details.

   

What Not to Do / Common Pitfalls

• Do not confuse the "With Edits" tab with the "Pending & Rejected" tab -- "With Edits" shows completed edits, while "Pending & Rejected" shows edits awaiting driver response.
• Do not overlook the expand arrow next to driver names -- the summary row alone does not show full edit details.
