Purpose
This article explains how to use the Training Asset Library to search, upload, organize, and maintain Training Assets in one central location. Whether Training Assets are associated with a Classroom Program or managed independently, this area provides a convenient way to keep your training materials organized and accessible.
Steps to Follow
Opening the Training Asset Library
Start by going to Resources from the top navigation bar, then click Training Asset Library.
Searching & Filtering
Use the Search Assets field to quickly locate Assets by title. You can also narrow your results by selecting a Category Type, including 5-Minute, Facilitator Assets, Handouts, Images, Learning Activities, Presentations, Videos, and Course Catalog items. To further refine your search, use the Added By filter to view Assets provided by J. J. Keller, Assets you have uploaded, or all available Assets.
Uploading an Asset (No Classroom Program Required)
- From the Training Asset Library, start by clicking Upload Document.
- Select a Category for your Training Asset. Click + Upload File to select the file you would like to upload from your device. Select an Asset Type and enter a Title for the new Training Asset. Click Submit when you're finished.
Attach a Library Asset to a Classroom Program
- Start by going to Catalog from the top navigation bar, then click Classroom Programs.
- Identify the correct Classroom Program and click to open it.
- Towards the bottom, click the Training Assets tab.
- Instead of uploading a new one, you can add an existing Training Asset from the Library.
- Click Save once you're selected the Training Asset.
