View the Random Selection Pool Employee List in Encompass

Steps to Follow

1. In Encompass, navigate to Alcohol & Drug > All Employees List.
2. At the top of the list, locate the Select View dropdown.
3. Click the dropdown arrow and choose All Active Employees in A&D Pool.

What Not to Do / Common Pitfalls

• Do not look for a separate report or menu item for the random selection pool — the information is accessed through a view filter on the existing All Employees List, not a standalone page.
