View CSA Analytics Data in Encompass

Purpose

This article explains how to access and view CSA-related data within the Analytics section of Encompass, including CSA Driver Scores, CSA Fleet Scores, and Driver Roadside Inspections pages.

When to Use This Article

• When a customer wants to view CSA Driver Scores or Fleet Scores in Encompass
• When a customer asks how to export CSA data to Excel
• When a customer needs to manually enter a Roadside Inspection from the Analytics tab

Steps to Follow

1. From the left side navigation bar, click Analytics.

   

2. View the CSA Driver Scores page. This page displays FMCSA-sourced data once a DOT Number has been linked. The data is read-only and cannot be edited. Users can export data to Excel or use Advanced Filters.

   

3. View the CSA Fleet Scores page. This page also displays FMCSA-sourced fleet-level data. It is read-only with export and filter capabilities.

   

4. View the Driver Roadside Inspections page. This page allows manual entry of Roadside Inspections in Encompass. It follows the same steps as Roadside Inspection Manual Entry, just accessed from the Analytics area. Export and filter options are also available.

   

What Not to Do / Common Pitfalls

• Do not attempt to edit CSA Driver Scores or Fleet Scores directly — these pages are read-only displays of FMCSA data.
• Do not expect CSA data to appear without first linking a DOT Number in Company Settings (see the CSA Setup article).
